Package Tracker

Once your submission is received you can track its progress. Simply type the number located on your copy of the Item Submission Form. The number appears on the label at the bottom of the form. Then hit the "Track Your Shipment" button.

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your payment, you may simply notify us at 1-888-309-SWAN within 10 days of the date on the check and return the check to us. The item(s) will then be returned to you free of charge.
