Step 3. Receive a Payment

Once we receive your jewelry, experienced appraisers will carefully assess the value of each item and promptly mail you a check. If you aren’t absolutely satisfied with your payment, simply notify us at 1-888-309-SWAN within 10 days of the date on the check and return the check to us. Your item(s) will be returned to you free of charge. The fact is, nothing is more important than your satisfaction.
